1-House of Wax

house-of-wax-posterposter by

A group of young people end up in a forgotten small-city where few people live. The city is hard to reach and keeps a secret. There are many wax-figures in real-life person’s dimension here. Soon, the truth will be discovered. The wax figures…were some time ago…alive. Elisha Cuthbert knows better 😛

2.The Day After Tomorrow

day-after-tomorrow-posterposter by

A new glacial era is developing. And this sooner than anyone expects. When cold and despair match up…it’ll be an intensive struggle for survival. A very interesting thriller. Makes you to think about the debts of hell:P

3. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre-Original

texas-chainsaw-movie-poster-2poster by

5 friends, one sunny afternoon, one crazy dude, one chainsaw, one pain, one nightmare. When this movie came up in ’74 it was a freakin’ phenomenon. I think it’s one of the best horror movies ever made. The remake is also good, but it can’t beat the original.

4. The Thing

the thing posterposter by

A terrifying thiller about an unknown species of alien, capable to transform in every organism it devours. From dogs to human beings, it can reach every form. The problem is do you know who is infected and who’s not?

5. 1408

1408poster by

The story of a writer who seeks a haunted place as material for his new book. He receives a brochure about the Dolphin Hotel, which has a haunted room. 1408. Nobody survives more than an hour in there. Nobody…

6. Iron Man

iron-man-posterposter by

It all began with a simple iron armour used to escape from the terrorist’s hiding place. After this came the more advanced one…used to become a superhero. Another Marvel’s character brough to life in this magnificent world of visual art.

7. Automaton Transfussion

automaton_transfusion_dvd_box_posterposter by

Someone said about this movie “One of the best zombie films in decades”. I’m not sure if that’s true, cuz I didn’t enjoy it like a best zombie movie should be enjoyed. Man, maybe I saw too many movies and I began to expect more and more from the screenwriters…ma bad then:P

8. Antichrist

antichrist_ver2poster by

Now this is a masterpiece. I really enjoyed this movie. It was hard at the beginning to understand all the messages the film is offering, but in the end it all resumes to one thing…the human nature is evil. No more info about the movie. It’s a must seen…so whatafuck you waiting for? Watch it goddammit!

Megami Magazine 12-09

Again, Megami Magazine still amazes us with this last 2009 issue.

We got 11eyes, Kampfer, Tu Aru Kagaku no Railgun, Setokai no Ichizon, To love Ru and many more on this one. If you’re not familiar with this magazine, you just have to know that it’s a monthly japanese publication, having articles related to the japanese media [especially bishojo characters from anime and games]. The magazine stands out through the large images and posters.

My fave from this issue: Kampfer

Nipponbashi Project

Yup, it’s time for another amazing anime/manga technology article.

Recently released is the Neon-Nipponbashi Project Notebook. With 1GB of RAM, 250 GB of HDD, Intel 945GSE Chipset and a 10” WSVGA LCD, it comes with a Windows 7 starter.

The price…well it’s about 1050$, too much if you ask me, but because it’s a limited edition, the true otakus will enjoy their hours in front of this one.

It seems that anime/manga is starting to conquer almost every activity domain. I wait for the day when I’ll see anime themed trains, cars, houses and food :)) Well, let’s get back to da real world. Till now it’s just an anime themed notebook…and it’s design is cute.

A certain history of gaming

So, I was watching these videos lately about retro games and I decided to write something about it.

I’m not totally behind the retro style in gaming, cuz I am a fan of Amiga and Nintendo games since I was little. Yup, most of you grew up with these. And I don’t mean just Mario Bros or Duck Hunting or whatever you think when you hear “retro game”. I mean the serious deal in playing all these. Yesterday I played the popular DOOM. Man…what an experience. It’s been a while since I played something like that. The game itself it’s simple…one of the best retro FPS [first person shooter] ever created. From DOOM I wanted more, so I was installing these emulators for Nintendo.

Kabuki and Contra, my favourite Nintendo games. I’m really over Mario cuz I know this game like you know you favourite T-shirt. And I think it’s a waste of time to play the same old games on and on. Yeah. With the Amiga games I had a problem. I can’t find the right emulator. Maybe if I try harder I’ll be able to play something, but when that time comes, I’ll be doing something else.

About more recently games, I don’t know what I can say that I love the most. I surely enjoyed Left4dead and Portal. And there’s no need to say that I’m going to play some Starcraft as soon as possible.

Till next time, enjoy playing all day long homie!

Dragon Ball Raging Blast

Dragon Ball Raging Blast, the latest DB themed game will be released on november 12th, for PS3 and XBOX360, no chance for PC sadly.

Gametrailers has a lot of trailers and gameplay footage here.

Developed and published by Namco Bandai Games, Raging Blast is a 3d Action Fighter set in the violent world of the Dragon Ball universe. You can choose from a large variety of characters to show and improve your battle skills. You know, it’s like a fan-art creation. You just image two of them fighting in an arena created in your mind….woooaa…wait..why did you imagined Goku vs Piccolo? This game is not just about them. It’s about…I don’t know what’s about cuz I’ll never play this one…but I’ll watch gameplay footage on youtube and hope that someday I’ll spend some hours enjoying it.

Still there are lots of retarded persons who will say that DB sucks and that this game is just a waste of time. So I have this message for you: KA-ME-HA-ME-HAAAAACK YOU :))

PSP Go[es down]

PSP Go is Sony’s new product in the console world. Go is absolute different from the classical PSP, being internet based, allowing gamers from all over the world to direct download their games from PlaystationStore [the only way to get your hands on the games].

With a minimum of 16GB of internal flash memory, the new model, released on the first of this month, will not totally replace the well-known PSP 3000.

Why? because the world still needs the other PSP models and Sony decided to continue with the production of it. And of course because the new PSP is not sold out like fresh bread.

From about 50,000 units available in France, only 8,000 were sold to PSP users. I personally confronted some-time ago with the idea of PC vs Console. And I heard rumours about the future of the consoles which will make the PCs to dissapear [yeah right]. Now it’s time to face the truth, dear reader. Consoles will never make PCs dissapear. It’s impposible. The game industry still relies on PC games and nowadays you see that most of the console games have a PC version.

So, I would prefer to sit am my Pc and play, I dunno, Wolfenstein, System Shock 2 or something. I feel that the crysis of consoles it’s about to restart.

Still Sony scheduled to release a new model of PSP next year:PSP 2! Maybe this one will sell better!

Hiroyuki Sanada on LOST

Starting with january next year, ABC will broadcast the sixth season of the popular show LOST.

The sixth season of the show and unfortunately the last one, will feature one famous japanese actor: Hiroyuki Sanada. The character he plays, Dogen seems to be an important element in this action-adventure story.

I just wonder what are the answers that surround this show. I’ve watched it like three times till now, all the seasons and I just don’t get bored watching it again. I just hope that everything will be as cool as the show’s name sounds. I don’t want to be lost when I found out the truth about the island.
